We will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.

 

4. How to Return an Item

 

To return an item, please follow these steps:

2. Securely package the item and include proof of purchase and a brief description of the issue.

3. Send the item to the following address:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your item.

 

5. Refunds and Processing Times

 

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

• Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed.

• Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable, except for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.

 

6. Exclusions
